Inside Sales Manager

All My Sons Moving & Storage is looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives to join our team!  Seeking team players that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  Must be comfortable making and taking on high volume of outbound/inbound calls - generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • Responsibilities

Ability to make & take on a high volume of outbound/inbound calls with positive attitude  
Ability to communicate on phone and build relationship & trust with customer
Creative thinker who can sell themselves as well as our service
High energy individual that can last all day engaging customer through phone
Source new sales opportunities through inbound and warm outbound calls
Understand customer relocation needs and requirements and provide our solution
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Develop quotes by qualifying customer's unique needs and help execute their move 

  • What We Are Seeking

Phones sales & customer service experience a plus
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively

  • Compensation
    • Salary: $35,000 Solid Base paid weekly.
    • Bonus Program: Performance & Profit bonus
