Below is a testimonial of an Operation Manager currently in our business today.

“I am a 20 year plus retired Regional Operations Manager at UPS. Retiring at such an early age I truly missed the thirst of operations. When I saw how this organization took care of its people I knew it had the same parallels and infrastructure as UPS. This was a no brainer. I wanted to be a part of this empire being built. I questioned the salary being substantially lower than I was used to making but after talking with upper management I felt quite confident you held the destiny of your income in your own hands, as it is based on profit. Is it crazy here? Yes. Do I love it? Any real operator thrives on being a part of building and growing an operation. Yes, I love what I do and in the first two years I made just shy of 200k annually, and this year I will surpass that. You are tied to the profit and have full transparency when it comes to the P&L. If you grow your business and watch your P&L closely you WILL make a lot of money. I highly recommend working for this company. This company’s future is endless.”
